How long will it take to receive my order?
Once your order has been processed it will be dispatched within 7-10 business days. Please read more on shipping information.
Can I change my order after it’s processed?
For personalized products, you can not change your order after you’ve processed it. For non-personalized products, if you are not 100% satisfied with your product upon receiving it, you may exchange it. You can read our returns & exchanges policy on the terms & conditions page.
How can I track my order?
You can track your order online on Thai Post website at ThailandPost using the tracking number we provide you. This number will be sent with the email notification you receive when your order has been shipped.
Will there be delays?
If you are an international customer we always allow 14-20 business days for the parcel to reach you. This is incase your parcel is held up in customs.
What methods of payments do we accept?
We accept PayPal, Visa, American Express, MasterCard, Discover and direct bank transfer.
What currency is used online?
All prices are in Thai Baht (THB).
What if something I ordered arrived damaged?
If an item you have received is damaged, please contact Customer Service immediately at email@example.com If possible, include your order number and purchase date, a detailed description of the damage, and photos if applicable.
What do I do if my package is lost?
We are not responsible for packages that get lost in transit. Please reach out to the courier service your package was shipped through to file a claim with them.
Do you offer returns or exchanges?
Personalized items are non-refundable and non exchangeable.
How do I use a promo code or gift voucher?
To use a Promo Code or Gift Voucher you need to:
1. Finish your shopping cart and checkout
2. Sign in as a Guest or Customer
3. Then enter your Promo Code or Voucher Number and apply
How are the letters made?
The letters are made from the yarn. The yarn is first braided, and then the yarn braid is carefully glued on to the bag with a sturdy, stronghold hot glue.
Why does the color of my bag look different than the photo on your site?
Each piece is individually handwoven using natural materials, there may be slight variations in straw color, size, weave patterns and texture.
How to care for a product?
Our handwoven totes are made from natural material. Although cured with a gloss to protect it’s elements, it is important not to leave it outdoors such as extreme sunlight and rain for long periods of time. Extended duration in the sun may cause the tote to slightly change in color and in texture. To clean, take a damp cloth to wipe any excess dust off the tote.
